Sessions are 55 minutes and grounded in attachment-based and somatic therapies. We will slow down, notice patterns, and practice nervous-system tools that create room for choice. Treatment plans are reviewed regularly and aligned with your informed consent.

Complete intake forms through the secure client portal. The first 1–2 sessions explore history, strengths, and co-create a treatment plan.
Sessions are collaborative, paced with your nervous system, and grounded in empathy and accountability to support real growth.

I practice within the NASW Code of Ethics and maintain active consultation to ensure culturally responsive and trauma-informed care. Therapy is available to adults who are physically located in Indiana at the time of service. If you reside outside Indiana, please explore the coaching offerings, which are not mental health treatment.
We will coordinate with your care team—with your consent—when collaboration enhances outcomes (e.g., psychiatrists or medical providers). If we determine a different level of care is needed, I will provide referrals.
